Medien), Veranstaltung: Meister des filmischen Erzahlens: Clint Eastwood, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt sich mit der Asthetik der Trailer von Raging Bull und Million Dollar Baby auseinander. Obwohl beide sicherlich keine reinen Boxfilme sind, besteht doch eine Schwierigkeit darin, dies auch uber die Trailer zu vermitteln. Wie die Trailer diesen Eindruck zu vermitteln versuchen, wird einer der Fragen dieser Arbeit sein. Dabei ist interessant, wie unterschiedlich die beiden Trailer auf dieses Problem reagieren und wie letztlich Beide doch ein ahnliches Ziel verfolgen. Das wurde dazu fuhren, dass beide Regisseure einen ahnlichen Stil verfolgen, wie sie in ihren Trailer wahrgenommen werden wollen. Die zentrale Frage wird dabei sein: Kann ein Trailer durch seine Erzahl- und Bedeutungsebenen die Werbefunktion so sehr in den Hintergrund drangen, dass er vorwiegend zu einem Kunstobjekt wird?
